Born in Faridabad in January 2007, Anmol took up badminton at the age of six, inspired by her brother and role model, Saina Nehwal.

Supported by her mother, Rajbala, Anmol trained at the Sunrise Shuttlers Academy in Noida, honing her skills and talent.
