In a thrilling grand finale episode, Kanpur-based singer Vaibhav Gupta emerged victorious as the winner of ‘Indian Idol 14‘, walking away with a prize money of Rs 25 lakh. The finale, which aired on Sunday, March 3, witnessed intense competition and emotional moments as the top contestants battled for the coveted title.
The first runner-up position was secured by Shubhadeep Das Chowdhury, who was awarded a trophy and a cheque of Rs 5 lakh. Piyush Panwar was declared the second runner-up, also receiving a trophy and a cheque of Rs 5 lakh. Ananya Pal clinched the third runner-up position and was presented with a cheque of Rs 3 lakh.
