Tight Security Measures for PM Modi’s Srinagar Rally:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally on Friday in Srinagar is being tightly secured, with security measures extending from the sky to the ground and rivers. Srinagar city has been declared a temporary red zone for the operation of drones and quadcopters. Marcos commandos have been deployed in the Jhelum River. The rally venue, Bakshi Stadium, is surrounded by heavy security.
Development Projects Inauguration:
During the rally, PM Modi will inaugurate and dedicate 52 development projects worth Rs. 6,400 crores. He will participate in the ‘Developed India, Developed Jammu and Kashmir’ program at 12 p.m. in Bakshi Stadium.

Impact on Schools and Exams:
Schools have been closed today, and exams have been postponed in anticipation of the PM’s visit.
Agricultural Development Program:
PM Modi will dedicate approximately Rs. 5,000 crores to the ‘Comprehensive Agriculture Development Program’ dedicated to promoting agriculture and the economy in Jammu and Kashmir. Projects related to the Swadesh Darshan and PRASAD (Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual, Heritage Augmentation Drive) schemes worth over Rs. 1,400 crores will also be inaugurated.
Global Traveler Campaign Launch:
PM Modi will launch the ‘Look at Your Country and Let’s Go India’ global traveler campaign. Under the Challenge Based Development (CBD) plan, selected tourist destinations will also be announced.
Appointment Letters for Government Employees:
Furthermore, 1041 new government employees of Jammu and Kashmir will be issued appointment letters.
Engagement with Beneficiaries:
PM Modi will also engage with beneficiaries of various government schemes, including accomplished women, millionaire sisters, farmers, entrepreneurs, and others.
Enhancing Agricultural Economy:
He will dedicate the Comprehensive Agriculture Development Program (CADP) to fully enhance Jammu and Kashmir’s agricultural economy. The CADP will develop the skills of around 2.5 lakh farmers in the state through the Farmer Portal. Under this, 2000 Farmer Service Centers will be established.
