Regarding the Allegations
he Aam Aadmi Party keeps saying that the investigation by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence into the liquor scam is politically driven. They say it’s an attempt to trap Arvind Kejriwal and disrupt his election campaigning as per BJP’s instructions. The party also believes the liquor scam allegations are completely false. Kejriwal summons by Court Over Delhi Liquor Scam Investigation ED
Impact on Delhi-Punjab Expected
Arvind Kejriwal is a major figure in the Aam Aadmi Party. The party’s election campaigns mostly focus on him. He’s a key campaigner in both national and local elections. Since the party often relies on his leadership in Delhi, any trouble he faces in an investigation could affect the party’s chances in elections. Even though leaders like Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are also under investigation, if Kejriwal faces more challenges, it could be tough for the party.
Acknowledge Court’s Decision Now – BJP
The BJP wants Arvind Kejriwal to accept the court’s decision and go to the Enforcement Directorate for investigation. Virendra Sachdeva, the BJP’s leader in Delhi, said that if Kejriwal doesn’t go, it shows he’s involved in the liquor scam.
Sachdeva mentioned that Arvind Kejriwal always tries to appear innocent. He blames the BJP for attacking the ED. But now, the court agrees with the ED and wants Kejriwal to go. This proves that the Aam Aadmi Party’s doubts about the ED’s investigation were wrong.
