India names Air Force pilots for first Gaganyaan space mission in 2025: India has revealed the four Air Force pilots shortlisted for its maiden space flight scheduled for next year under the Gaganyaan mission, aiming to send three astronauts to an orbit of 400km and return them safely after three days.

Following this success, Isro announced plans for a test flight with a robot in 2024, followed by a manned mission in 2025.
