To the PEOPLE WHO MAKE ‘ HINDU VOICE ‘ appear the way it is…
my sincere congratulations to you for the efforts you put in in this direction. This is a great job and my limited knowledge tells me that organising SATSANG is the most difficult action one can think of. Anywhere in the world, when people either physically or thru’ net, meet and communicate, with the mind set of variety of complexes and emotions…we see Dipakjis. Kumariji, DSjis, Navinji, ..the list is too long. But every one contribute…what we call positively and negatively…and even the negative contribution has an important role to play in making my mind more clear…
my sincere thanks to ONE AND ALL OF YOU and wish each and every one of you A VERY HAPPY 2007.

Finally we have a platform for intelligent debate, interesting stories and a few laughs at hyprocrisy from a Hindu Point of View.
While the so called Hindu Organisations in the UK (the HCUK, the Hindu Forum, National Hindu Students) attend their parties and petition their white masters for a few scraps off the multi-cultural table, Hindu Voice is out there giving a true voice to the ordinary people of this and other countries.
Bravo.
And for all the readers of this great paper if you want your voice heard, if you want to bring up some stories or points, please write into the editorial team.
These guys will listen to you a lot more then the old “chai-pakora” crowd who are too busy selling NRI Hinduism for a seat in the House of Lords or an OBE.
Keep up the Good work guys, your paper is sorely needed in these times.

Sir,
I must confess that I am impressed by the effort that is being invested for the benefit of the Hindus. It makes a healthy change from the Hindutva type of propaganda with which we are flooded these days Your articles reflect the true historic aspects of our ancient history, our heritage and our source of past knowledge. It should have great appeal to the intellectual minds.
I wish well for the future.
yours faithfully

Devinder ji
From where are we flooded with “Hindutva type of propaganda”? More like anti-Hindu and pseudo-secularist type of propaganda from media with misleading titles such as “The Hindu”, “India Today”, and “Hindustan Times”.
On a seperate note to the editors of HV, keep up the good work!
Jai Hanuman!

^^ Jayesh - I think Devinder is talking about websites like HinduUnity.org (which, having spoken to many people who have visited the site, serve to scare away most Hindus from finding out more about their heritage).
That’s just my opinion

Manishji,
why should any one be scared of anyother or anything for that matter? If there is some site which is giving out wrong info, atleast you know that only when you read - atleast partly- once u visit that site. And that gives us a chance to check our thinking and look at why we differ with what has been stated by them. This is a fantstic education and in removal of IGNORANCE, this plays an important part. So better to have all that what we think rubbish too - so that we are well informed to differentiate also.

Congratulations from Sunny,Warm and Beautiful South Africa.
I enjoy your articles and even though it is aimed at the UK , they are international in character. Keep up with the good work . I disagree with the above reader to some extend. “Hindutva” article are a good balance from the otherwise biased “secularist” and often anti Hindu news emerging from the “Gang of Three” Congress/Sonia/Catholic inspired news media.
An observation : Your news and articles appear predominantly “North Indian” in nature which is okay with me , being a North Indian (South African of Gujerati descend). How about balancing the news with some news from the “South” as well. That should boost your readership considering the large number of South Indians” living in the UK .
Good Luck and God Bless.
Jai Shri Krishna.

Namaste to All
Yes, indeed it was a great year for Hindu Voice. I am sure it will go from strength to strength. All the articles were interesting and informative and most comments by readers were indeed mature and to the point with a few exception.
It shows how learned and knowledgable your readers are. But we should try to avoid infighting and personal attacks, divide the community. We should rather concentrate on issues and try to unite all Hindus for the common good.
Yes I agree with you that these articles should get the widest publicity. Seeing Hindus being active is a healthy change. Keep it up.
Congratulation and best wishes to all for 2007.

I’d like to add my thanks to the others here. Whenever I’m back in Britain, I certainly enjoy catching up with the latest issues of Hindu Voice. It is good to read the interesting articles, the results of the surveys, as well as the many and varied viewpoints in the discussions.
One point I’d like to make in all humility, if I may. Why should praise of one thing necessitate insulting others? I think all here would agree that Hindu Voice is doing sterling work, but that does not mean that we should insult the work others are doing.
No offence meant to anyone. Best wishes to all for a wonderful forthcoming year to come, and many more beyond that.

Dear editor,
I congratulate the Hindu Voice UK with its great achievements in 2006. The newsletters contained very informative and amusing articles. I also have admiration for the designers of the website and newsletters. They really succeeded in making it attractive to read.
I am of the opinion that other Hindu organizations around the world should take inspiration from you with regard to the presentation and to the manner a variety of subjects are discussed.
Best regards,

JackB,
I am truly sorry to see that you misunderstand me so much. Still, the passion you have for what you believe is truly heartwarming to see and wrong though you are about me, nevertheless, it is quite clear that you say whatever you do out of genuine concern for the Hindu Dharma and Hindu Rashtra that both you and I, in our own differing ways, hold dear. I appreciate your sincerity and wish you well, both in your personal spiritual journey and also in your efforts in the name of Dharma and samaaj.
Aum Shanti
