The Vested Property Act
The Vested Property Act first appeared in 1965, when Bangladesh was part of Pakistan. It was at that time called the “Enemy Property Act.” In that year, war broke out between India and Pakistan. The law was directed primarily against the property of the numerous Hindus who had temporarily fled to India in fear. The state was enabled to take their property into custody, with the rationale that a Hindu who went to India was an ‘enemy of the state’.

The state of the Hindu population in East Bengal (Bangladesh) is a sorrowful episode which is destined to haunt the minds of all humanity in years to come . The systematic annihilation and discrimination of this hapless population has led to a rapid decline so much so that its percentage in this godforsaken corner of the Indian subcontinent has halfed evry 50 years. Whilst at the same time the Muslim population in West Bengal has grown phenomenally. How does one explain this , other than the indescriminate annihilation policy as pursued by the current devillish regime aided and abetted by successive Indian governments led mostly by the anti-Hindu , confused and corrupt Congress Party whose only agenda is to fill its own pockets and that of its henchmen. The Congress Government must make it clear : is it its policy to annihilate the legacy of Hinduism and end its majority by its gradual appeasement of minorities and promoting minority religions clearly shown by its discriminate population control policies which clearly applies only to Hindus and Sikhs and not to the minorities? The other minorities have already made it very clear that it’s agenda is to raise its numbers and therefore it cannot participate in any population control policies? The Indian government is clearly happy with this reasoning. The Indian government must realise that without a strong dominant Hindu population in India , there will essentially be no India but in fact a greater “Pakistan” and other minor Muslim and Christian Fiefdoms. Is this their long term goal ? If so , let us know …so that we can start signing on the dotted line and switch over to the other faiths and save this government a lot of time and money.

there is need to have a permanent monitoring high powered and resourceful body to protect the rights of hindus in islamic countries.
The united nations must make it compulsory for the islamic states to grant freedom of religious practices to other religions.

The problem comes from the decision of Gandhi not to have any exchange of population in 1947. While Pakistan/Bangladesh has expelled or killed all most all Hindus/Sikh/Buddhists, India now has more Muslims than Pakistan.
When Gandhi has accepted the partition, exchange of population should be mandatory. In that case a permanent solution could be possible. Then, there could not be any Kashmir problem either, as Jammu & Kashmir would be partitioned in 1947 just like Punjab, Bengal and Gujarat.
It is high time for India to press for an exchange of population to save the Hindus/Buddhists still in Bangladesh and to save India from the terrorists.

Bengal is finished - West and East are run by idiots. Its sad, but true. If Bengal is to be saved, it will be Hindus from other regions who have to do it, Bengalis have shown they can’t look after themselves.

Insanity rides on sanity.
The Suni in Iraq can cause harm to the Shia because the US military prevents an outright destruction of the Suni by the Shia. Thus the country can never stabilize.
Likewise, a society like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Bengal can sustain the destruction of Hindus while claiming to fight for the rights of all persons.
This is not new. But how do you fight this? Do you expect the UN to fight on our behalf? Do you expect NATO to go in and protect Hindus? Do you expect christians to shout out aobut the injustice to Hindus? It must be the Hindus that publicize this plight, that bring it out into the world, that oint to Islam and say “SHAME” on you for what you are doing. When the people of the world see what Islam does, their support will dry up. Until then they can sell their propaganda that they are a peaceful religion.
