India debates death penalty for parliament attack terrorist
Mohammed Afzal was convicted for masterminding the audacious terrorist attack on Indian parliament on December 13th 2001. On that day, a group of gunmen broke through tight security and killed 12 people, before themselves losing their lives. Although it didn’t have a huge number of casualties, it is thought of as one of the most serious attacks against India, because it came within a whisker of wiping out the entire political leadership of the country, which would have plunged India into an unprecedented crisis.

SHOULD BE HANGED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO DELAY
The delay will make him a hero and will increase the number of sympathisers.
He has his hands in attacking the highest public office .
November 1st, 2006 at 6:14 pm
I agree that the man whould be hung immediately as a few people i know are already campaigning to free him, encouraging in schools etc. to write letters to the president of Pakistan to do something about the situation. Many Muslims are feeling sympathy for Mohammed Afzal however he is guilty in this case and deserves the correct punishment, he should not be let off otherwise matters will get worse!
November 1st, 2006 at 6:19 pm
Mohammed Afzal should have been executed on the 20th October as planned, why did they accept the petition from his wife? This just bought Mohammed Afzal more time to get sympathy and why did they give his wife what she wanted? Her husband has committed a serious offense and the crime should be dealt with as soon as possible, they should not have postponed his execution just because she got a petition for him to live a month or so longer.

Before making any judgement please read Arundhuti Roy’s essay published in the Outlook magagine on 30th October 2006
(http://www.outlookindia.com/full.asp?fodname=20061030&fname=Cover+Story+%28F%29&sid=1).
Certain points should be noted:
(1) Afjal got no defence lawyer.
(2) There is no direct evidence against him.
(3) He was a part of the Indian security service in Kashmir
(4) He was arrested before in Kashmir, forced to be a surrendered militant, which he was not.
(5) There was judicial enquiry who has organized that attack on Indian parliament: Pakistan or George Fernandez
If the government hang him the truth will be hanged along with him.

Dipak Bose you should also know that the Jews were behind 9/11, I am sure you have good relations with Al-Qaeda and co.
Arundhati Roy, hmm isn’t that the same liar who was publicly exposed by Balbir Punj the BJP MP while manufacturing lies?
November 4th, 2006 at 2:28 pm
Here is Dipak Bose’s idol publicly supporting the Maoist terrorists:
“But the point is that they are the ones that are resisting on the ground, and they have to be supported, because what is happening is unbelievable.
http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=06/05/23/1358250 ”
hehe this is the trashy writer whom we are expected to read and believe.
Here is another instance where Arundhati was exposed publicly:
“Some four years ago I had a clash in print with Arundhati Roy. The occasion was the Gujarat riots that had come as a windfall to ’secular’ brigade’s publicity campaign. Those ’secularists’ are no where visible, not even with a telescope, when Hindus are killed in Doda. Roy, in her article Who’s she when she is at home? (The Outlook May 6, 2002) had given a vivid account of a mob attack on house of ex-Congress MP Iqbal Ehshan Jafri, who was unfortunately killed in the riots. Roy gave a graphic detail-”mob broke into the house. They stripped his daughters and burnt them alive”.
This event became a media-occasion for Roy to demonise Hindutva. But those who had read The Asian Age (May 2, 2002) would not have been impressed because in it late Ehshan Jaffri’s son T.A. Jaffri said -”Among my brothers and sisters, I am the only one living in India. And I am the eldest in the family. My sister and brother live in the US. I am 40 years old and I have been born and brought up in Ahmedabad”. So Roy was describing the stripping and killing of Ehshan Jafri’s daughter’s in Gujarat riots, who in reality were safe in another part of the globe.

Her co-writer Vinay Lal is a known commie.
Even some Americans have realised his agenda, an article about him:
http://www.uclaprofs.com/profs/lal.html
He was also involved against Hindus in the California textbook controversy.
So these are the real histories of Dipak’s idols.

She is also a chum of the terrorist Yasin Malik of JKLF.

Whether Arundhuti Roy is supporting X or Y is not the issue. The issue is that in the case Afzal Guru justice was not done.
Son of Gilani, one of the most dreaful Harriyat leader was released because his father is rich( with money coming from Pakistan) and he can afford Jethmalani( A Hindutva fanatic) as his lawyer.
Afzal Guru is a poor Kashmiri Muslim, picked up by the police who has manufactured lies after lies to release everyone connected to the Harriyat but to blame this innocent( until proved guilty) man, whose only crime was that some of the dead terrorists( we do not know wther they are terrorists or not) phoned him in his mobile phone, which was in the custody of the police after his arrest.
In any other court in Britain, this type of evidence will be dismissed as fabricated, but in India very idle and uneducated judges accepted the only submission from the police, as Afzal has no lawyer, he could not counter argue these fabricated evidences.
There was no investigation who has organized the terrorist attack on Parliament. There are reports of a large number of fake attacks in both Kashmir and in the north Eastern states. In every country of the world, it is a common practice for the corrupt politicians and officers to start a war or to create war-like situation because then one can steal any amounts from the tax payers money.
George Fernandez and some other people from the BJP( Jaswant Sinha, Souri, son-in-law of Vajpayee, D.P. Yadav, Mahajan) are some of the most corrupt people in India. The arms dealers Nanda and Chowdhury have admitted recently that they gave more than Rs.1 crore as bribe to the girl-friend ( Jaya Jetley) of Fernandez.
It is quite possible that BJP leaders and Fernandez in particular have organized this attack on the parliament to steal as much money as possible from the government by creating a war-like situation imediately afterwards. Mahajan and his private secretary are already murdered( not by Kashmiri terrorists but by hit squads).
It is the BJP leaders who want to hang Afzal rather than having a new independent judicial investigation because they can then supress all evidences of their wanton theft from the tax payers money.
November 5th, 2006 at 6:27 am
How the dead terrorists can make phonecalls to a mobile phone which is already confiscated by the police?
If this evidence is enough to hang Afzal Guru, then Savarkar( the hero of the Hindutva) also should have been hanged because Nathuram Godse hade contacts with him before and after Nathuran killed Mahatma Gandhi.
November 5th, 2006 at 11:43 am
If you are a Hindu student in a British University, it is natural for you to know a few Pakistani or Arabs in the University. If some of them telephoned you and if the British police then found out they have some links with Taliban, you can be arrested.
Do you find it acceptable that then you go to jail for 24 years or worse Britain can hand you over to the CIA to sit on an electric chair or beaten to death in Guantanomo Bay prison.
Do you support this?
This could have happeneed to Afzal. The only crime, as evidence provided by the police, committed by Afzal was that some of the dead terrorists telephoned him once.
November 6th, 2006 at 2:39 am
Is it not amazing that in the attack on Indian parliament, not a single politicians, not a single high officers, no Aluwala-Bandukwala-Mahajan-Nawab-Gurumaharaj was killed, but only a few poor police constables were gunned down by those who were all killed????
A lot of people, members of the Harriyat have received telephones from the dead terrorists, all those who are rich enough to hire a former BJP minister as their lawyer were released. Only Afzal, a very poor man who could not get any lawyer to represent him must be hanged, because he also received telephones from the dead terrorists.
November 7th, 2006 at 7:34 am
I may advice Dipak Bose to keep his contradictory views based on the magazine Out Look keep to himself.
What would have happen if a Hindu had done this to Pakistan Parliament????.
May be shot dead at the moment.
I do not understand what Mr. Bose wants to highlight in this or he just want to prolong the discussion.
November 7th, 2006 at 4:59 pm
It is difficult to sit outside a courtroom and pontificate on the substance of a trial. We can really only look at principles as anything else will simply reveal our stereotypes and biases rather than get a greater understanding of the truth. But discussion brings out an opportunity to examine ourselves and our contemporaries to therefore grow in our own understanding.

The main point what the media in India is hiding is that Afzal has not attacked the Parliament, in that case he would be dead now, just like those who did attacked.
Afzal was pronounced guilty by association, just like Savarkar was guilty by association as Nathuran Godse has consulted Savarkar before and after he has killed Gandhi.
However, Savarkar was not hanged.
Gilani has the same association with the terrorists, just like Afzal. Gilani is now released because he has hired Jethmalani, a former BJP minister but Afzal a poor man who could not get a lawyer should be hanged. This is not justice.
If you are in Britain, if you are from India, you can be picked up as a terrorist, because you have neighbour who are Pakistanis. Should you be hanged?
This is the exact case of Afzal.
Afzal or Gilani must be released either, there must be a new investigation which must include people outside the corrupt Indian administration, security service and the police. Then only these people can be punished.
Indian judiciary, if you have any experience, is highly corrupt and very stupid. One cannot depend on them to provide justice.

“Harish Duggirala Says: Here is Roy supporting Kashmiri jihadis:She is also a chum of the terrorist Yasin Malik of JKLF.”
Mufti Mahmood, Lone, Gilani all support Jihadis. Then the Indian Supreme Court also should hang them. No, they are rich, so they cannot be touched.
Vajpapee has entertained the King of the Terrorists Mussaraf twice, even after the Kargil invasion. Why don’t you hang Vajpayee?

Where It is suggested to hang our leader ,who did much for Hindu cause.
November 9th, 2006 at 2:13 am
Rajiv Kumar said “Where It is suggested to hang our leader ,who did much for Hindu cause.”
First, Afzal was found guilty by some lazy judges on the ground that he has communication with the dead terrorists ( which was only proved by the police who have tampered with the mobile phone of Afzal after it was confiscated.
Vajpayee had a lot of contacts with every kind of Pakistanis, does it mean he is guilty?
That was my question.
It seems to me you are a part of a Lynch mob what to hang anyone.
Who did anything for the Hindus?
Vajpayee? When?
He was the prime-minister. Has he done anything so that the Kashmiris Hindus can go back home. Instead he has entertained Mussaraf even after the Kargill invasion.
What Vajpayee has done for the Hindu refugees from Mizoram, they are living in refugee camps in Tripura.
What Vajpayee has done for the Hindus in Banglafesh, when in 2001 Begum Zia has started killing and expelling them?
Absolute nothing. If he is your leader, then consider your own position. You are the traitors for the Hindus.
November 11th, 2006 at 8:59 pm
Actually Dipak both Vajypayee and you belong to the same camp, he hasn’t done anything for Hindu refugees and neither have you done anything in your worthless loser life.

If I ever got the chance to have influence after people like myself take over india. I would draft people like Dipak bose and send him to clear minefields with his bare hands or send him on a mission to steal guns from the enemy. Unfortunately he would not have a gun for himself and his companions, hence the reason to steal from the enemy. I would also seize an appropriate amount of his money to pay for feeding him and transporting him to the war zone, as well as the party once Dipak Bose becomes a martyr.
